Giving

Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. -2 Corinthians 9:7

Giving is an important facet of life for those who commit themselves to a church body. Not only does it affirm your values and priorities, it has lasting and intangible blessings. Your faithfulness in giving is the foundation on which ministry is built.

Giving at Elmbrook falls into two categories: Home and Harvest funds.

How to give at Elmbrook

Electronic (ACH) Contribution

One option for giving is to have an electronic contribution drawn from your bank account. We have a new and exciting tool to manage these, called Access ACS. This tool comes with many new features including the ability for you to:

  • View your contribution history
  • Make one-time contributions
  • Manage your recurring gift – timing and amount
  • View your Faith Promise (pledge) history
  • Update your personal information…address, phone, email

If you are interested in giving a one-time gift or setting up a recurring gift, click here to get started.

If this is your first time using the system, you will need to create a login by clicking on the “Need a login?” link in the middle of the screen. If you have any question about this new system, please contact Joy Peterson via email or call 262.780.1818.

Use a giving envelope

At Elmbrook Church, we provide un-numbered envelopes in the back of the pews in the main Auditorium for your convenience.

Always use a giving envelope when making cash contributions. They are not necessary when donating by check unless your name or address is not disclosed on the check. Even if you know your account/envelope number, please write your first and last name legibly.

There are two main funds for directing your gift to Elmbrook Church: Home and Harvest. Contributors may indicate the various amounts they wish to designate to each fund.

If you do not know your account/envelope number, please call the Elmbrook Church Finance Office at 262.797.6401, and we will provide you with that information. Account/envelope numbers are assigned when we receive your first gift. If you would like us to call you with your number, please note it on the front of your giving envelope.
