I’m New
We’re so glad you’ve decided to check out Elmbrook Church! We truly believe this is a place you’ll be comfortable… whatever your background, or whatever your experience with Church so far. We hope you’ll see that Christianity is so much more than a list of do’s and don’ts. It’s a lot bigger than showing up at church every weekend and then going on with life. Elmbrook isn’t about a building…it’s about a community of believers in and around the Milwaukee area and actively involved in its transformation. You see, life in Christ should never look like life without Christ. We are all actively about the business of living transformed lives, loving others as Christ does, serving those around us, giving sacrificially, gathering with other believers and multiplying so that others might know Christ’s love. We hope you’ll join us!
Want to know where to start?
- Join us for a weekend service at 5 pm Saturday or 8, 9:30 or 11 am Sunday. That’s one of the best ways to get a feel for our church and get plugged in. You can wear whatever you’re comfortable wearing.
- Stick around for the Newcomers Reception, after any service, near the lobby fireplace. You’ll have a chance to meet some of our staff and the weekend’s speaking pastor and hear a little bit more about Elmbrook.
- Visit an Info Center in any lobby for specific info about some of our classes and ministries. There really is something for everyone!
Newcomers Dinner
Periodically, we host a Newcomers Dinner, where you’ll get an additional chance to hear from some of our pastors, take a tour and figure out where you fit in at Elmbrook. It’s free, but pre-registration is helpful for planning purposes.
- Upcoming dates are August 25 and November 17 (May 19 date has been cancelled)
- 6:30-8:30 pm
- Elmbrook Church, Fellowship Hall
Want to ask questions about faith or begin to dialog about God, Jesus or the Bible?
- Check out our Starting Point class. It meets Sundays. It’s a great place to ask questions…nothing’s off-limits!
- Give us a call anytime! Our number is 262.786.7051, and there’s always a pastor available to answer questions about faith.
