Camp Vertical Summer Camp
A short time ago, in a camp not too far away…
Our heroes, Ham Solo and Princess Piggy, have crash-landed while pursuing the infamous villain Ze Swine Flew and his trusty sidekick…Hank (the big, bad wolf). Join our heroes as they encounter supernovas, asteroid fields, and hypervelocity stars in their quest to find the missing rings of Saturn. So find your space suit, check your oxygen levels and get set for a summer full of fun and excitement at Camp Vertical!
What is Camp Vertical?
Camp Vertical is a high-energy, fast paced, fun environment for all kids and is located at Elmbrook Church. Each day hundreds of children will be out in the sun having a blast. We are an all-day program, 10 am to 3:30 pm (extended care available from 7:30 am until camp starts and after camp until 5:30 pm), for children entering grades 2-6 in the fall. The cost is $90 per week. Each week is special and exciting because you get to choose your own activity. So register for one, two, or all eight weeks!
Each morning gets off to an exciting start as you will get a chance to compete in the always surprising Galaxy Games. Your team will compete with others to be crowned the champion in our universally renowned sno-cone point competition. Also, don’t forget that Thursday we encounter the Camp Vertical version of Pigs in Space with our highly anticipated Hot Dog Day- so Thursday’s lunch is on us. (Remember you can pack a lunch or purchase one on site the other days.) We’ll provide plenty of ice water and lemonade every day!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to gather fellow adventurers (your friends) and get ready for an out of this world adventure! Simply return your completed registration form with your full payment or register online and look forward to a summer you’ll never forget!
When is Camp Vertical?
Camp runs for eight weeks in the summer, and each child can attend any combination of weeks. Sign up for one, two or all eight!
Week 1: June 11-15
Week 2: June 18-22
Week 3: June 25-29
Week 4: July 9-13
Week 5: July 16-20
Week 6: July 23-27
Week 7: July 30-August 3
Week 8: August 6-10
Looking for something for younger kids?
We are also excited about Camp Zoom, a camp for our younger friends ages 4 to entering 1st grade. Campers will join Kiki and Lou on their fantastic space camp adventure. If you have questions about any Camp Zoom activities, please email us or visit the Camp Zoom website.
