Cost for Camp Vertical is $90 per week.

HOW TO REGISTER

• Online using check or credit card – Online registration will be available Dec. 24
• By Mail- print the Vertical brochure or pick up a brochure at Elmbrook on Dec. 24, tear off the registration form, and mail with a check for full payment and a completed medical release form to: Elmbrook Church attn. Camp Vertical; 777 S Barker Rd; Brookfield, WI 53045. Please make check out to “Elmbrook Church” with “Camp Vertical” in the memo.
