Extended Care

Hey, moms and dads! Do you go to work early and get off late? Camp Vertical has a program just for your children. Our extended adventure program provides leaders to watch your children from 7:30-10 am and 3:30-5:30 pm every camp day. The cost is $5 per child per session they attend ($10/day per child if your child attends both morning and afternoon sessions). We look forward to seeing you this summer!

EXTENDED ADVENTURE POLICIES:

Time in Sesson (every scheduled camp day)

7:30-10 am (Morning session)

3:30-5:30 pm (Afternoon Session)

Drop-off/Pick-up Procedure

All drop-off and pick-up will be facilitated in the Gym Lobby of Elmbrook Church. All children must be physically checked in by a responsible adult.

Definition of “responsible adult”: 18 years or older and in charge of the well-being of the child at that time.

Check-in/check-out takes place officially when the adult communicates with Camp Vertical Staff that the child has arrived or is leaving. No child is to be dropped off from a vehicle and asked to enter Extended Adventure.

Payment Policies

Cost for all Vertical-age children is $5 per session ($10/day per child if your child attends both morning and afternoon sessions). Fees may not be pre-paid for Extended Care days. All outstanding balances are to be paid off by the end of each week. There will be a payment table available every Friday afternoon to facilitate this task. You will be able to pay as you go, with payment due on the last day of each week that you use extended care.
