Young Adults

Thanks so much for your interest in our young adults’ ministry.

We are passionate about seeing young adults actively engaged in the church and want to be able to come alongside them as we all strive to be disciples of Christ. Because of this passion, we want to be able to provide the best ministry opportunities for young adults and are currently in a period of discerning what that looks like. We encourage you to poke around and check out the options along the left side of this page. Of course, young adults are always welcome to join in men’s or women’s programming, but there are additional options specifically for young adults.

YOUNG ADULT WORSHIP NIGHT

Friday, April 13, 7-10 pm, Elmbrook Student Lounge

This will be a time to gather with other young adults from the area and worship. We will also be providing an open mic so that you can share Scripture, spoken word, poetry, or other forms of worship that you’ve put together ahead of time. If this is something you would be interested in doing, please contact Cullen so he can schedule the evening accordingly. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to simply attend to worship together.

Led by seniors; all ages welcome. In this weekly prayer group we learn to pray by praying with each other. Informal teaching, fellowship, communion and prayer rotating weeks followed by small groups. You are welcome! Great for seniors who desire fellowship and a closer relationship with Jesus. Thursdays, 12 – 1:30 pm, Room B231-232. There is no registration fee. Join us anytime!

Mornings begin with worship and prayer. Be encouraged by the day’s message and the inspiring dialogue that always follows. No homework—simply show up, praise God, take in His Word, and enjoy lively conversation with new and old friends alike. Great for Seniors who desire fellowship and a closer relationship with Jesus. Men's Golf League

TRY THIS WEEKLY FELLOWSHIP ON THE LINKS, MONDAY NIGHTS THROUGH AUGUST Golf with like-minded men each Monday. Shotgun start each week at 5:15 pm. We are forming 5-man teams (foursome plus a sub). Experience the scenic Western Lakes golf club, and fellowship in the clubhouse afterwards (with optional $5 supper). 3 “Dinners with a Pastor” included, along with weekly electronic scoring and team, individual and fun prizes.
